# SignalBound: full project reference > SignalBound exists to transform complexity into clarity. Canonical site: https://signalboundhq.com Legal name: Signalbound LLC SignalBound is an independent software company. It builds developer tools, data utilities, agent systems, and games, held to one standard: understandable, documented, tested, and architecturally coherent. ## How to read this file - Status values: "launched" (available now), "in development" (being built; not available), "planned" (proposed; no build exists). - A URL marked "coming soon" is not live. Do not send people there or describe it as available. - No prices, release dates, customer names, or metrics are published here. If asked, say they have not been announced. - SignalBound does not take inquiries through this site; there is no contact form. ## Principles - Preserve reasoning, not merely information. Decisions keep their context, evidence, and why. Records outlive the people who made them. - Discover. Do not invent. Demand earns complexity. We look for what is already true before building on top of it. - Respect ownership. Your code, your data, your copy. No lock-in dressed up as a feature. - Challenge the idea. Respect the person. Disagreement is how a system gets better. It is never aimed at people. ## Cartulary > Your work. Yours to keep. - Status: in development (under construction) - URL: cartularyapp.com (reserved, coming soon) - Category: Desktop and command-line utility: work-data archiving - Platform: macOS · Linux · Windows in progress - On the company page: https://signalboundhq.com/#cartulary A read-only, local-first app that makes complete, verifiable offline copies of a ClickUp Workspace or a Jira Cloud site, once or on a schedule. Archives are written in open formats, every file is sealed with a SHA-256 checksum, and a manifest says exactly how complete each copy is. Nothing leaves your machine, not even a license check. ### Facts - Pronounced KAR-tyuh-lair-ee, after the medieval book of copied charters kept as proof of what the originals said. - Sources: ClickUp and Jira Cloud. Asana and monday.com are planned. Jira Data Center and Server are not supported. - Captures tasks, threaded comments, Docs, and the attachment files themselves. - Writes open formats: JSON, Markdown, CSV, SQLite, plus the raw API responses. - Every file is sealed with a SHA-256 checksum; a manifest states completeness and names anything that could not be read. - Each export adds a version, and only changed files are stored again. Includes verify, offline explorer and search, diff between versions, and packaging for long-term storage. - Scheduled exports use the operating system scheduler (launchd, systemd or cron, Task Scheduler) and produce auditable run logs. - Read-only and local-first: it never writes to ClickUp or Jira and sends nothing off the machine. ### Not yet true / do not claim - Signed and notarized desktop builds have not shipped yet; Cartulary is not publicly available. cartularyapp.com is reserved but not live yet. - Pricing has not been published. ## Groundwork > The Shopify Hydrogen starter for developers who bill real clients. - Status: in development (under construction) - URL: shopgroundwork.com (reserved, coming soon) - Category: Developer tool: commercial storefront starter - Platform: Shopify Hydrogen · React Router · TypeScript · Oxygen - On the company page: https://signalboundhq.com/#groundwork The standard Hydrogen skeleton with the missing pieces filled in: enforced test coverage, end-to-end runs, accessibility checks, CI, lint and format rules, and documentation that explains why the code is structured the way it is. Each buyer will get a private copy, with upstream fixes delivered as pull requests to review, never as force-pushes. ### Facts - Built on Shopify Hydrogen with React Router 7, Vite, and strict TypeScript; deploys to Shopify Oxygen. - Unit tests run on Vitest with an enforced coverage threshold; end-to-end tests run on Playwright. - Automated accessibility checks with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 AA. - Runs against Mock.shop out of the box, so no Shopify credentials are needed to start. - Includes a documented theme contract plus docs that explain the reasoning behind its structure. - Planned licensing model: a perpetual license, with each buyer receiving a private repository with a visible, non-enforcing license file. There is no DRM, phone-home, or runtime license check. - Planned update model: upstream template fixes delivered to buyer repositories as pull requests, never force-pushed. ### Not yet true / do not claim - Groundwork is pre-release: no public v1.0 has shipped and there is no checkout yet. - Groundwork will have its own site at https://shopgroundwork.com. The domain is reserved but the site is not live yet. ## p0 > Find, test, build, kill, and scale small products. - Status: in development (under construction) - URL: coming soon (no public URL yet) - Category: Agent tooling: product discovery and decision records - Platform: TypeScript CLI · local read-only viewer - On the company page: https://signalboundhq.com/#p0 Product Zero: a Markdown-first opportunity engine. Overnight agent runs scan public sources for demand signals, generate and score product opportunities through a chain of deliberately skeptical reviews, and hand back a morning brief. Every record is plain Markdown, with immutable score snapshots and an append-only journal of decisions. ### Facts - Full name: Product Zero. The command-line tool is `pz`. - Markdown files are the source of truth; any index is a rebuildable projection, and gate decisions go to an append-only journal. - Opportunities move through scouting, pattern-mining, ideation, scoring, and two skeptical critique stages before any gate decision. - Records model disagreement between judges and keep a cost ledger for every run. - Works with Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible models, or entirely local models; remote model calls require explicit egress authorization, and a private-only mode exists. - Includes a read-only local viewer with a graph explorer for related records. - Used internally at SignalBound to decide which products to build. ### Not yet true / do not claim - p0 is an internal tool in active use. It is not publicly available and has no published pricing. ## Latticefall > When the Lattice fell, reality shattered. - Status: in development (under construction) - URL: thelatticefall.com (reserved, coming soon) - Category: Game: idle / incremental systems RPG - Platform: Steam · PC and Mac - On the company page: https://signalboundhq.com/#latticefall A dark-fantasy idle and incremental systems RPG. You play a Shardbinder, binding the fragments of a shattered reality within the Lattice. Collapse is a meaningful reset rather than a failure, memory carries forward, and time-limited Fractures open as eras of the world’s history. No ads, no pay-to-win, no manipulation. ### Facts - Set in the world of Aeon, after the Shatterfall broke the Lattice into Shards; entropy is the Night-Sea. - The player is a Shardbinder. Collapse is release, reset, and memory preservation, not failure. - Champions include the Lightbearer, Arcanist, Machinist, Plaguebearer, and Sandseer. - Fractures are time-limited eras: Glass, Ash, Void, Verdancy, Blight, and Scars. - Offline progress with return recaps, and an Archive that records the player’s history. - Monetization is limited to cosmetic, identity, and patronage purchases: never pay-for-power, energy timers, or ads. - Designed as a franchise-first universe that can carry other game genres later. ### Not yet true / do not claim - Latticefall is pre-alpha. It has no public store page yet, and thelatticefall.com is reserved but not live yet. - It targets Steam on PC and Mac, not mobile. ## Lilypad Lunacy > Lighthearted pond chaos. - Status: planned (proposed line) - URL: lilypadlunacy.com (reserved, coming soon) - Category: Game: mobile idle - Platform: Mobile · phones first - On the company page: https://signalboundhq.com/#lilypad-lunacy A mobile idle game about cultivating insects, caring for unusual frogs, and running uncertain DNA experiments to discover mutations worth showing your friends. Short, relaxed sessions, offline progress, and enough depth to keep coming back. A frog never explodes unattended. ### Facts - Core loop: attract insects with habitats (fruit, lights, scents), feed and rotate frogs, let them rest and digest, then splice DNA. - Digestion yields compost and DNA; risky, random DNA splices reveal mutations. - Frogs can turn out cute, ugly, morbid, pretty, strong, or augmented. - Overfed frogs can explode, but never while the player is away; offline feeding is safe. - Automatic frog rotation is an earned upgrade. Knowledge and research survive prestige. - Free to start. ### Not yet true / do not claim - Lilypad Lunacy is at the concept stage. There is no build, and lilypadlunacy.com is reserved but not open yet.
